Student: Teacher, How old are you?
Me: 23, why?
Student: 23? .... Oh, because you look young
Me: Yeah, 23, almost the big 2-4.
Student: How long have you been a teacher?
Other student: Stanford? You went there?
Me: (realizing that it's college t-shirt day and no one had said anything to me until 3 periods later) This is my 2nd year, and last year I was at Stanford student teaching.
Student: How long does it take to be a teacher?
Other student: My sister wants to be a math teacher, and she's still in school.
okay, I don't know where I was going with that but... happy Friday tomorrow kiddo. Let me know when you are in San Gabriel or Alhambra, or wherevs you go around my quarter. Bring TP + Goggles.
